Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using StacksAtlas ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These terms are an agreement between you and StacksAtlas LLC.
2. License Grant
- Free (portable): Session scanner for Windows, macOS, and Docker. No license key. Unlimited device discovery; session data clears on exit.
- Business ($40): Always-on appliance with persistent database and history. Unlimited discovery (same as free). One license per machine; Hub mode and federation optional.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) rent, lease, or lend the Software; (c) bypass the license validation mechanisms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use StacksAtlas only on networks you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, workplace policies, and third-party terms (including optional tools such as Nmap, Npcap, or Tailscale).
4. License Transfer
Business licenses are locked to a hardware ID at activation. To move an appliance, deactivate the license in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal from your order email, then activate the same key on the new machine.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKSATLAS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
