1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StacksAtlas ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These terms are an agreement between you and StacksAtlas LLC.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
  • Home Lab: For personal, non-commercial use only. Limited to 10 devices.
  • Professional: For commercial use. Limited to 50 devices per license key.
  • Industrial: For commercial use. Unlimited devices per license key.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) rent, lease, or lend the Software; (c) bypass the license validation mechanisms.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

The Software relies on third-party drivers and tools (e.g., Npcap, Nmap) to enable specific features like Deep Scanning. These third-party components are not bundled with the Software. You are responsible for obtaining and complying with the licenses of any such third-party software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
